Truck Operator
Quality Concrete is expanding. We need an experienced pump truck operator who can place concrete precisely, work efficiently with field crews, and represent the division professionally on every commercial site.
- Operate concrete pump truck on commercial and industrial job sites across NW Michigan
- Coordinate with concrete crews on placement sequencing, boom positioning, and pour timing
- Set up, operate, and break down pump equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and routine equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and comply with all applicable regulations
- Transport pump truck between job sites as scheduled
- Valid CDL license — required
- Experience operating a concrete pump truck strongly preferred
- Familiarity with boom operation, line pumping, or trailer pump systems
- Clean driving record and current medical card
- Strong communication and crew coordination skills
- Ability to work in varied weather and outdoor job site conditions
